To help us get to know you better, we require all candidates to submit a brief video introduction. This video will play a crucial role in our selection process, so please follow the guidelines below to ensure your submission stands out.

Video recording and submission:

Record your video using your phone or computer.
Feel free to use any video editing software to enhance the quality.
Once you're satisfied with the result, upload the video to Google Drive.
Ensure the video is accessible to anyone with the link. Adjust the sharing settings accordingly.
Test the link beforehand to verify that it works correctly.
Name your video file exactly as follows: FirstName.LastName-Video.Submission. Replace FirstName and LastName with yours. Any other file names will not be accepted.
Copy the Google Drive link and paste it into the designated field in your application.

Video Length: Must be under one minute.
Lighting: Well-lit area, avoid shadows.
Attire: Dress professionally, but no suits.
Content: 80% professional background, 20% personal interests.
Audio: Clear sound, avoid background noise.
Eye contact: Look directly at the camera.
Camera position: Place the camera at eye level and ensure your face is centered in the frame.
Speak clearly: Articulate your words, avoid rushing.
Be natural: Let your personality shine through.
Stay composed: Avoid fidgeting or unnecessary movements.
